What Happens When You Upgrade Your Plan

Upgrading lets you move to a higher AlphaLedger subscription tier and unlock more features.

Unlike a downgrade, an upgrade gives you access to the new plan benefits immediately.

When the upgrade takes effect

When you upgrade your plan:

• Your new plan features become available immediately
• You are not charged right away for the upgrade
• You keep the upgraded access until the end of your current billing period
• At the end of the current period, you may need to update your payment details to continue on the upgraded plan

This gives you bonus access to the higher-tier plan for the rest of your current term.

What changes after upgrading

Depending on the plan you choose, upgrading may give you access to:

• More connected trading accounts
• Real-time updates
• Advanced analytics
• Shareable and verified track records
• Community access and track record ranking
• Factsheet customization
• Portfolio simulation tools

Your account will automatically reflect the features and limits of the upgraded plan.

Payment details after upgrading

Although upgraded features are available immediately, your new plan billing may begin only after your current billing period ends.

At that point, you may be asked to update or confirm your payment details to maintain access to the upgraded plan.

If payment details are not completed, access to the upgraded features may be delayed, limited, or interrupted.

Can I change my mind?

Depending on your account settings, you may be able to manage or cancel the scheduled upgrade before the new billing period begins.
