How to Update Your Payment Method

You can update your payment method from the Billing section of your AlphaLedger profile.

Keeping your payment details up to date helps prevent failed payments and interruptions to your subscription.

Where to update your payment method

To update your payment method:

• Go to your AlphaLedger profile
• Open the Billing section
• Find your payment or billing details
• Select the option to update your payment method
• Enter and confirm your new payment information

When to update your payment method

You may need to update your payment method if:

• Your card expired
• Your payment failed
• You want to use a different card or payment option
• Your billing details changed
• You upgraded or changed your subscription and need to confirm payment details

After updating your payment method

Once your new payment method is saved, future subscription or add-on payments should use the updated details.

If a previous payment failed, you may still need to retry the payment or contact support to confirm that your subscription is active.
