How to Verify a Public AlphaLedger Account

AlphaLedger lets anyone verify whether a public AlphaLedger account is real.

You do not need an AlphaLedger account to use this verification feature.

Where to verify an account

To verify a public AlphaLedger account:

  • Open AlphaLedger
  • Go to the left-hand menu bar
  • Click Verify
  • Enter the AlphaLedger ID of the public account
  • Submit the verification request

If the account is verified and belongs to a real AlphaLedger account, you will be taken directly to the live dashboard for that account.

Where to find the AlphaLedger ID

The AlphaLedger ID is shown on public audit and dashboard pages.

It appears in a format similar to this:

hFV4I54M7oJu_1SWVWu1MakOvAx1b0Ba

You can copy the AlphaLedger ID from the public account page and paste it into the Verify section.

What happens after verification

If the AlphaLedger ID is valid, verified, and public, AlphaLedger will open the live dashboard for that account.

If the ID is not valid or does not belong to a public AlphaLedger account, the verification will not lead to a live dashboard.

Why verification matters

The verification feature helps viewers confirm that a shared AlphaLedger dashboard or audit page belongs to a real public AlphaLedger account.

This makes it easier to check whether a track record is authentic before relying on it.
