Our US CPA verification partner
AlphaLedger works with Alpha Performance Verification Services to support independent performance review.
Alpha Performance Verification Services specializes in performance verification and GIPS compliance verification. The firm is led by professionals with credentials including:
- CPA
- CFA
- CIPM
This partnership helps ensure that AlphaLedger audits are reviewed with a professional, independent verification process.
What the audit reviews
The audit is based on your account’s trading activity and supporting market data.
AlphaLedger uses:
- Your account trade history
- Account performance records
- Closed trade information
- Relevant account data
- Independent price data
The goal is to review whether the account’s reported trading history and performance are consistent with the underlying data.
Why independent price data matters
Independent price data helps support the audit process by comparing trading activity against external market information.
This adds another layer of review beyond the account data alone.
By using both trade history and independent price data, the audit can provide stronger confidence in the account’s reported performance.
What the audit does not mean
An AlphaLedger audit helps verify trading performance data, but it does not mean that future performance is guaranteed.
An audit does not:
- Guarantee future returns
- Remove trading risk
- Recommend the strategy as an investment
- Confirm that the strategy is suitable for every investor
- Replace your own due diligence
Trading always involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
How to get your account audited
To get an account audited, the account must first meet AlphaLedger’s internal audit eligibility standards.
If your account is eligible, you will see Audit in the top menu bar for that account.
To begin:
- Open the eligible account in AlphaLedger
- Click Audit in the top menu bar
- Purchase the Live US CPA Audit add-on

Sharing your audited page
After your audit is active, you can share the live audited page with external viewers.
This can be useful for:
- Investors
- Allocators
- Funding discussions
- Communities
- Potential partners
- Anyone reviewing your trading track record
The audited page is designed to help others review your trading performance with more confidence.
