Failed Payments and Billing Issues

If a payment fails or you notice a billing issue, you can usually retry the payment or contact AlphaLedger support for help.

Payment issues may happen for several reasons, including expired cards, bank restrictions, insufficient funds, or incorrect billing details.

Common reasons payments fail

A payment may fail because of:

  • Expired or incorrect card details
  • Insufficient funds
  • Bank or card issuer restrictions
  • Online or recurring payments being blocked
  • Incorrect billing information
  • A temporary issue with the payment provider

What to do if your payment fails

If your payment does not go through, try the following:

  • Retry the payment
  • Check that your payment details are correct
  • Use a different payment method
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
  • Contact AlphaLedger support if the issue continues

Access after a failed payment

If a payment cannot be completed, your access to paid features may be delayed, limited, or interrupted.

To avoid losing access, update your payment details or retry the payment as soon as possible.

If you do not recognize a charge, believe you were billed incorrectly, or need help understanding your subscription, contact AlphaLedger support.
