Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your AlphaLedger subscription from the Billing section of your profile.

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewal charges, but your current plan usually remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

How to cancel your subscription

To cancel your subscription:

• Go to your AlphaLedger profile
• Open the Billing section
• Select your current subscription
• Choose the cancellation option
• Follow the steps to confirm cancellation

What happens after cancellation

After you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
• You keep access to paid features until the billing period ends
• Your plan will not renew after the cancellation takes effect
• You will not be charged again for that plan unless you resubscribe

For example, if you cancel halfway through a monthly billing period, your paid access will usually continue until that monthly period ends.

Cancelling add-ons

If you also have active add-ons, review them in the Billing section.

Depending on your setup, add-ons may need to be cancelled separately from your main subscription.
